We've now resolved the incident. The cloud service came back online and is stable as of Saturday 29th of February at 5:15am. Thank you for your patience.
We have identified an issue with our Cloud Storage solution that has been affecting all users since the early hours of this morning.
This issue is currently being looked at by all senior staff with knowledge of the service, but as of yet, we have no estimated time frame for a resolution.
If the situation changes or is resolved, an update to this issue will be posted here, on the status page. Please continue to check for an update or subscribe for notifications to this service by clicking "Get Updates" on the top of your browser before calling the Helpdesk to assist in reducing the volume of calls we receive regarding this downtime.
