The incident has been mitigated. The problem was identified as an issue with one of our main providers for outbound Internet transit. To fix this, we've made temporary adjustments to our core router, which has restored Internet services.
We have an automatic transfer system in place. However, the connection with our primary internet transit route was unstable, causing the Internet to be unreliable. This happened because the system kept switching between our primary and secondary connections for Internet transit.
