We are currently responding to an incident affecting some Auswide services.
Due to vandalism of external fibre network equipment, one of our network links has been taken offline. As a result, some customers may be experiencing network connectivity and VoIP phone issues.
Services have now been restored via a redundant (failover) link. However, some service degradation may still be experienced while systems continue to stabilise and traffic is fully re-routed.
Our team is in the process of cutting services over to a failover link while we work with the carrier to restore the affected network link.
