Our technicians have been advised that power issues affecting services have been restored. Services are currently in the process of restoring.
Our technicians have been advised of a power issue affecting internet provider services. This is affecting multiple internet providers, including Auswide Services. Auswide customers without a failover internet connection will have no internet connection until power issues are restored. We believe this to be underway, and expect services to begin restoration this morning. Further updates will be provided as services restore.
We are aware of a global incident affecting internet services. This is currently being investigated with the highest priority.
