Recovering

After some testing this morning, we have found that the issue with the Optus 4G service has been resolved. We expect to see some random/sporadic dropouts for a short time frame following this resolution, but the service should be back to normal operating standards by the end of business today. Investigating

Some people are experiencing slow or intermittent connection issues with this service right now. We believe this is a problem with OPTUS. We will keep you posted with any updates as we investigate this issue further.
